Had dinner at StoneFire Grill in Irvine, California. Started off with fresh romaine tossed with our creamy Caesar dressing, croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Fulfilled our pasta cravings with Pesto Rigatoni and our choice of meat was the Cracked Pepper Garlic tri tip. Washed it all down with some bubbly beer. Our selection was the Mirror Pond Pale Ale which was a rich copper color, filled with pine and lemon zest aromas, caramel and biscuit flavors, fresh grapefruit bitterness and Firemans Brew which was a doublebock, deep brown, handcrafted with a heavy dose of chocolate malts, silky & smooth finish.
