Brunch at Rialto Cafe

Took a stop by downtown Fullerton and had brunch at a nice cafe called “Rialto”.  One advise is to come early! The place was awfully small so there was a wait by the time we arrived, 11AM. We had to wait almost an hour just to eat and by the time we were seated, they had run out of potatoes. (It was a side that this particular cafe is known for.) One great thing about this place is that they only use fresh ingredients and particular cooking methods.

We indulged on the Eggs Benedict, The Wilshire Omelet, and the Benny Burger. Everything was absolutely delicious. Their Hollandaise sauce, was possibly the best I have ever had in my life. Would I come here again? Yes, but only if there’s no wait.
