(“I Woke Up Like This” Mug from Urban Outfitters, Stumptown Cold Brew Coffee Growler $16)

“Stumptown Coffee Roasters are very well known for their Cold Brew Coffee. Stumptown starts with the highest quality of coffee and cold brew it without heat for over 12 hours and then use a double filtration process to procure the end result: a complex, smooth and full bodied brew with low-acid and a chocolate finish. Feelings of invincibility and euphoria are likely to follow.”

Downtown Los Angeles gets so busy during morning rush hour, but I really need my daily dose of coffee and one reason why I love Stumptown Coffee because they have a decent sized parking lot on the side where there is usually parking available. At other spots in Downtown Los Angeles, I have to drive around so much for parking or have to pay for valet, whereas this Stumptown location I do not have to. The line moves pretty fast and the coffee comes out fast. Their cold brew is quaint. It doesn’t have any unnecessary flavors or hints of spices like other cold brew coffees. It is simple, clean and to the point. When I went today there were three workers all taking orders to speed things up which I really thought was effective and appreciated. Definitely going to be a regular here from now on.
